[1.1.69] Crash on saving

[1.1.69] Crash on saving

Hello.
Factorio 1.1.69 (build 60061, linux64, steam)
Every time during save or autosave i get error message. The log contain line: "Error FlowStatistics.cpp:252: FlowStatistics attempted to save value larger than uint16 (65537) as uint16.". I checked RAM and it was OK. Same thing happening on another PC with windows.
