[mod] burner generator cannot work with loader as nuclear reactor with loader

loaders can fill fuels to burner generator .but when filled fuel is full --max stack size .loader will never work again until player operate it manually.
and same case with burn out . new burnt_result item will never be taken out

it's a bug or a unfinished design?

I think the loader is actually 4 invisible very fast inserter, hence this link apply :

burnt_result cannot be taken out of inserter by other inserter it would seem.
