why inserter can't not take the production coal out of minning drill, it keep take the fuel coal out of it which another inserter add in.

Mining drill or burner mining drill do not require inserter to ouput their content. You can have a belt touching the yellow triangle and output will directly be put on the belt.

There should be 2 separate slot in the drill, one for fuel and one for output which happens to be coal in both case. In the "fuel slot" you can manually place wood, whereas the "ouput" slot will not contain coal but instead iron or stone if you were to place the mining drill above other ressources.

I'm not sure from which slot an inserter would pick things up in your case.

Hehe, I remember running into this one myself. Good times it was, when everything was new.
Finding out stuff is the best feeling.

But I can help you a bit, I call this a **SPOILER** tho. A mining drills output works like a inserter, it can put things into other entities like belts or furnaces, or even other mining drills. In your setup I would replace the output inserter on the coal miner with a belt facing the other belt. Then I would make the main belt larger so that the iron miner sits on the inside of it, outputting on the inner lane.
