Running 1.1.68 from Windows ZIP download with a few mods installed.
Doing this: In the Mods window off the main menu, on the Install tab. Filter by "screenshot", with no category selected, gives about 11 matching mods. Sorting by Trending, toggling between ascending and descending.
What happened: Most rows were reordered but some stay in their exact same spots.
What was expected: All rows would be reordered. Regardless of what is actually being sorted on (I think Factorio always sorts as text according to an old bug report?), they should at the least reverse order (except where they sort equally).
It's as if some of the rows aren't included in what is being sorted.
See attached images of ascending and descending order with some items (notably rows 1 and 3 not moving at all).
