Can we get a hover efect for keyboard shortcuts

Can we get a hover efect for keyboard shortcuts

When having longer keyboard shortcuts, the last most essential part is not visible anymore.

Is it possible to shorten the modifier keys (control, shift, ... with icons) or show the complete text in the hover popover.
