SelectionToolPrototype name and type filters used together

Prototype/SelectionTool:

If both name filters (entity_filters, alt_entity_filters) and type filters (entity_type_filters, alt_entity_filters) are used for a selection mode (normal, alternative), the filters will be ORed instead of ANDed. This should be mentioned in the description.
A good mod deserves a good changelog. Here's a tutorial (WIP) about Factorio's way too strict changelog syntax!
