It's normal that every time my friend log in my server take about 20minutes to load the bar?(13hours of savedgame)

And when he is in the server his internet get realy bad and its almost impossible to both of us play because the game freeze repeatedly.

The slow download is a bug we want to solve soon.
As for freezes with bad internet connection -- try increasing the latency in the start multiplayer window. If the value is larger, it will take longer for your character to react to your commands, but the game should run smooth even on worse connection.

I've tried whit 300Ping and run's the same as 99...
