"IP Adress and Port used for another player"

Hey, Im trying to play a game with friends, hosted by one of them.
I connect without any problems at first, but after 10-20 seconds I start to lag. The character stops moving, only walking-animations are being played, sound works aswell.
And after i lost connection, theres the "try to reconnect" button, I press it, and i wont connect at all.
Instead i get the message "IP Adress and Port used for another player" (but in german because I use the german client).
So, i already tried opening up the Factorio-serverport "34197" in UDP both in my router-setting and in my Windows Firewall. I do not use Anti-Viruses of any sort.
I'd appreciate a quick answer.

This happend to me as well, some time ago....
We restarted the host machine and it worked fine.
Thought it was a fluke, never happened again.

*edit* For us this was with no mods in use
