This has happened to me a couple of times now, kind of tedious to lose the stuff inside it and then remake the wagon and set up the route over and over =/
Other than this, the trains and everything else is awesome!

Re: [Bug] Cargo Wagon randomly disappear.
Creepers do not like trains. And even with defense a creeper or two will get through and slowly whittle down their health till destruction.
So you need to defend the whole railway track to protect them atm.
But they are planning on fixing this stuff.
With train repairs and better collision with creepers so they can't stop them as easily.
And other stuff.

But i have watched one disappear, no creeps in sight o.O
Might have been hallucinating..
Anyway, if that's the case (defend the railway) then i can live with it, at least then i can do something about it

Re: [Bug] Cargo Wagon randomly disappear.
Is it version 0.4.1 ?
Re: [Bug] Cargo Wagon randomly disappear.
Yes, though now that i think about it, i might have removed it manually, seems you can select them from quite far away, so if you are removing a inserter for example, pretty close to the locomotive, you might accidently remove the locomotive or the wagons ^^kovarex wrote:Is it version 0.4.1 ?
And about the signals kovarex, the way they work in real life is that they become yellow if there's a train ahead of the next signal, so...
===== [Train 1] ===== [Signal 1: Green] ===== [Signal 2: Yellow] ===== [Signal 3: Red] ===== [Train 2] =====

Yes, that's how the regular "autoblock" works.Ozo wrote: And about the signals kovarex, the way they work in real life is that they become yellow if there's a train ahead of the next signal, so...

Real-life trains simply cannot insta-stop, so they need to be warned in time.
"autoblock" rarely takes junctions into account, though; Junctions are usually only located in the station area (at least in CZ of course!)
I don't see any benefit from this coding complexity increase.
