BLurry when move, object tearing (?)

BLurry when move, object tearing (?)

Actually cant say what problem is, i play Factoria a long time ago, and play on 60hz monitor, now i have 144 hz monitor, and when i move all object except my character go "blurrry", i try set refresh rate on 60hz, This helped a little, but the problem persists and I get tired of constantly manually switching hz from 144 to 60
