[1.1.53] 60 FPS on start game and 16 FPS Late Game

If i stop all factories (power outage) - fps return to 60.

I'm sorry to be the one to tell you, but after a certain amount of building and factories you will get performance loss.
You may want to look into detail what's causing this, or let others do so by posting the save.
