Beast finder or Item finder?

So I was doing some swapping between portable fusion reactors and exoskeletons while laying some belts, when suddenly, my exoskeletons disappeared from my inventory. I tried using the Beast Finder mod, but no icons seem to show when I search for them. I also tried the Item Finder mod, but using the command just returns an error message. Any ideas?

You could use a deconstruction planner filtered for "item on ground"
