[1.1.53] artillery turrets gets the "pollution attack" achievement

I am playing modded factorio with the ruins mod, and found an artillery turret pretty early : firing an artillery ammo triggered an attack (as expected) but gave me the achievement for triggering an attack by pollution, which I definitely did not do.

I'm sorry I don't have any attachments since it's not a game breaking bug, but at least it should be easily reproducible.
