Remove Alien 'remains'

Post by PolleDK »

Hello,

Just wondering, are there any way to remove the "leftovers" from alien infestations? I really don't like them and the only way I've found so far, is to install the Land Mover mod, remove the land under the alien remains, and then pop some landfill down again. It's tedious and takes forever.

Are there any mods, setting or other, to get rid of them more easily?

if you disable aliens entirely, there can be no remains

but if you nuke them or place concrete i'm sure they also disappear.

I feel like rampant has a decay setting for corpses that may also affect this?

No aliens would do the trick for sure, but would also be a bit boring :)

Maybe the concrete thing might work better, as I could use robots for that. Will give that a go thanks!

If for some reason Rampant doesn't work for that, or you find that you don't like the new enemy AI (note that the new enemies themselves are optional!), I did just find this on the mod portal: https://mods.factorio.com/mod/CreepCleaner

Oh sweet baby jebus, that seems to be exactly what I need!

I shall try it later to day, thanks a bunch! :)
