Small-ish change: scrollable /editor

A resolution of 1920x1080 and 125% UI Scale is enough to make the selection window at the bottom of the /editor pane very restricted, and pushes "Areas and positions" checkboxes off screen. With mods that add extra crafting categories, the selection window is almost guaranteed to be pushed off the screen. The request is to have the inner area support a scroll bar (there are a few different frames that could have it, the whole frame, frame under the tabs, or the FooEditorGui's).

Well, isn't a new suggestion. But the old once are too old, so I don't merge:

I found a solution I was not aware about before: CTRL number pad+ and CTRL number pad- will change the interface zoom during play. They are in Settings -> Controls under Debug "Increase UI scale" and "Decrease UI scale". Very easy to reduce the scaling and then increase it again (these work even if the game is paused because /editor is open)
