Launched the rocket but no endgame popup?
I launched the first rocket but the nothing more happened. Did I do something wrong? Is the game finished?

Questions to verify:
What game mode? Freeplay I think(?) is the only one with the rocket launch win condition.
Did you load a satellite in it before launch? I think the win condition is actually launch a satellite into space.

That should NOT be the problem. You win the game by launching the rocket now - payload doesn't matter

The game is won by launching a rocket, the Satellite is only for getting Space science packs.

Mods can change what the victory condition is, which ones are you running? In particular, Space Extension changes the win condition to having launched a bunch of stuff into space to build a ship rather than just a single launch.

I have only helper/info. mods and graphics mods installed. EDIT 17.12.21: the reason I did not get the finished game popup was this mod: end of tech https://mods.factorio.com/mod/end_of_tech. Description: "add a tech that require all tech to be research"
I did not research military science because enemies were disabled. And now this mod is unsubscribed and a new factory has been started.The factory must grow...
