[1.1.49] Crash on startup

Started up the game, and the loading bar got half way through before throwing an error. The prompt then instructed me to post the log here, which i have attached.

I tried again and it crashed at the same point. I rebooted my pc and it didn't crash. I had also earlier played the game just fine.
