Rename "vehicle acceleration" in fuel tooltips

Since the fuel also affects top speed, the name becomes somewhat misleading. I suggest to rename it "vehicle speed".

You are actually still consuming coal, just not directly, only indirectly through your power plant.

Who says you were eating coal in the first place? Maybe you ate rocket fuel or something.

You could say humans also eat coal indirectly because the coal plants produce power for ovens and microwaves.
