Logistic and inserters

Hello ...
I have tried different things but I can't get my way. I would like to program my inserters so that when 7 items pass on my conveyor, 3 go to the right and 4 to the left.
If anyone could help me, thank you

Once you understand how it works, you can make it simpler.
