[1.1.46] Missing Train Fuel Logic

Today while playing with a friend (irrelevant for the issue if its multiplayer or not) when we tried to setup a train that doesnt have transporting fuel as one of its task we realized there is a Major oversight to Train Logic. You can not make Train Fuel a Condition at the stop and can not read the amount of fuel the Train has, because of this we cant send a Train to a Fuel Stop for Refueling for example unless using Belts or Bots to Deliver the Fuel to a Chest at one of the Stops the Train would stop anyways and then with unnecessary complicated condition Logic tell the Train to check for the Cargo and Idle Time to make sure it has fueled up as much as possible before leaving the Station in the process of refueling just because cargo reached the condition. Since i can not use the Amount of Fuel there is also no way for me to setup Logic to decide a required minimum before leaving so all i can do is tell the train to fuel up to max even if its a waste because otherwise it will run out of fuel eventually if fueling takes longer then loading Cargo.
Im sorry that i can not Provide a Small Save File to show case the Issue as requested by the Guide on how to send a Bug Report but only the Save File From the Game when we noticed this itself.
