I have problem with inserters
I know it's possible to pass items from inserter to other, but c'mon, It's not possible to pass throw rails.
Maybe someone know mod that will fix this?

Afaik you can't pass from inserter to inserter. You need the first inserter to put things on the ground and the second to pick it up.
What are throw rails? Do you mean "through" or "across" rails? If so that's because the inserter can't put items on rails.

Put the item onto an underground belt that passes under the rail for the other inserter to pick up. Has more of a buffer than inserter space inserter space inserter spacing, but gets across rails.

Also note that inserters that place items on the ground or take items from the ground don't sleep. They check every tick if they can place an item on the ground or pick one up. You should always place a belt there, more UPS friendly.

Error while importing string. Looks like the inserter are modded and get lost importing into vanilla.
And no, you can't pass from inserter to inserter. Try it by placing a power pole in the middle. The inserter will move the item over the power pole and not be able to drop it. The other inserter can't pick the item out of the first inserters hand.
