[0.4.1]transport belt madness levels don't get unlocked

Upon finishing level-01 of the transport belt madness campaign, level-02 does not get unlocked. On the victory screen, there is no option to go to the next level, and when selecting the campaign from the “start new campaign” menu, I don't get to choose a level, instead I just start the first one.

Upon manually entering the required line into player-data.json, I can play the second level, but the same problem occurred when I completed it.

The tight spot campaign works fine, though.
