Game Crashes and Shaky Video when Moving

My Vanilla version of Factorio ran flawlessly until today OSX 10.11.6 And Factorio 1.1.39 updated today.

Any time I try to dump a bunch of the same object into a chest using the hot key (ctrl I believe) I get a Beach Ball Spinning Wheel of Death

The video when I am moving (either on train, car or walking) is very jittery and the game is slowing down then speeding up then slowing down.

None of this happened on any previous version of factorio and I have no mods running.
