[1.1.39] Refined concrete possibly has wrong name.

The improved form of concrete is called 'refined concrete' in Factorio. However, I've never heard of refined concrete before. Given that the recipe for it includes standard concrete, steel, and iron bars, I think you're referring to 'reinforced concrete'. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reinforced_concrete
