1. I split this from the Small documentation improvement requests thread because that thread is only for the prototype docs and the runtime docs, not other wiki pages.

Hey, the download api page and associated pages (mod portal api page etc) aren't considered "official documentation" (see e.g. viewtopic.php?p=494218#p494218), so it's in the hands of the community to update them.

Ah, sorry. What is considered official then, besides Prototype/* and Types/* pages?

Basically everything on the wiki that is in English except the pages in https://wiki.factorio.com/Category:Technical. (Note that other pages/sections still have different update priorities and hands-off/hands-on policies from my side.)
