Add font selection options

TL;DR

Add font selection option in the interface options.

What ?

On different computers, different screens, different operating systems, the fonts used in the game look different. Add the ability to customize the font (name, size, scale) in the interface settings, and, possibly, select a font from those available in the operating system.

Why ?

Factorio is a game with a lot of text. And being able to read it easily is very important.
After update to v1.1.38 main font changed to Lilittium, and many people didn't like the new font, especially Cyrillic version. It has become smaller, the smoothing is worse, the eyes get tired faster.

Well, then as developer I would fix THAT instead of introducing new problems (text not matching into boxes, overlapping, and a dozen of more problems).

To avoid these (possible) problems, it is not necessary to change the existing settings, you just need to add the ability to select a font, for example:
* Use in-game font
* Choose another font...

Ok, I would choose Zapf dingbats.

Again: it would make no sense to choose any possible font. It would make much more sense to fix the current problems, which makes this suggestion obsolete.

Ok, Zapf dingbats is your choice, but if you can play with it, you're true genius

Here is some fonts (with Russian sample phrase), including Lato (1.1.37) and Lilittium (1.1.38). As you can see, the new font has fuzzy outlines and letters are poorly smoothed.
I'm playing with Tahoma now.
