When you put down a train with a cargo wagon and a fluid wagon, but disable all of the cargo wagon slots (click the red cross on the bottom right and select the first slot on the top left),
  • the green progress bar behind the "Full cargo inventory" condition is incorrectly filling to only halfway when inserting fluid to the full capacity, even though the condition is met (since the train leaves the station);
  • the "Empty cargo inventory" progress bar always starts halfway full even if items are inserted in the cargo wagon (including if it is full).
I have attached a log file with my username replaced with "$USER" and a sandbox save file reproducing the issue (you may need to clear the left-hand side of its water to keep the train going).

Thank you for the report and for providing a save game, it helped a lot in reproducing the issue

It is now fixed for the next release
