[1.1.35] Pipe-to-ground ghost breaks real pipe-to-ground connection

Bug description
Placing, or having an existing pipe-to-ground ghost in the middle of a real pipe-to-ground connection breaks the real connection.

What's expected to happen?
Ghosted objects should not interfere with real objects.

Actually this is a fully intended feature because when you build a blueprint and construction robots would build some pipe to grounds but not all of them yet, those ghosts will prevent some unintended connections between fluid systems that were not connected in the blueprint so this prevents the possible issue of fluid contamination when using blueprints.

Not a bug.

Oh ok, I see. Thank you for the explanation!

It makes perfect sense for blueprints. I gladly accept the trade-off!
