[kovarex] [1.1.32] "Load game" search doesn't update after deleting a save

To reproduce:

- Go to the load game window
- Search "autosave"
- Delete one of the autosaves
- Click on the search text entry
- Delete the search text entry contents
- Observe that the save list still only shows autosaves (BUG)
- Delete another save
- Observe that the list has now correctly updated itself

(These steps work for any search term/save, not just autosaves)

I can still reproduce it in 1.1.35:

Notice how typing and clearing the search works the first time, but then stops working after you perform a deletion.

Tried the steps myself, even doing the exact same steps with filter, delete filter, filter, delete first save. Works normally on three tries.

Maybe this is something specific to macOS? Is there something similar for macOS like the standalone zip for windows to rule out a config issue?

I’ve tried with both steam and stand-alone on macOS and the same behaviour occurs on both.
