[1.1.34] Artilery shooting speed

Maybe not a but a bug, but why in bonuses window, artillery shooting speed is under "shells section" and not in "artillery section"?

The bonus is based on the ammo, so for instance you could have other artillery shells that are not affect by the bonus

So this is working as intended, and the same as all the ammo
