Show string-setting tooltip when hovering selector box

Show string-setting tooltip when hovering selector box

Now that string-setting drop-down list items can have tooltips, it would be nice if the tooltip for the currently selected item was shown when hovering the selector box, and not only when hovering the item *after* clicking the selector box.
