[1.1.33] "Limit part of inventory button" stays pressed after not limiting inventory

Sorry for unclear title, I couln't think of how else to explain the bug in few words.

Either way, we have this button inside chests and wagons which limits the inventory for machines. When we press on it, its sprite changes to that of a pressed button and stays pressed if you select slots to block for machines, however if you press the button once again, no slots will be blocked but the button's sprite still shows as being pressed.

Save file does not matter as it works even on a new start (just craft a wooden chest)

Regarding screenshots here I just pressed the button (you can see that the cursor is still on the button)

I can move cursor around to select slots to be blocked and the button stays pressed

Now instead of selecting slots I go to press the button again (decided not to select any slots) and move my cursor away

As you might see the button's texture stays pressed, even though it shouldn't (at least I believe so)

minor issue? reopen the chest, the X button will reset to normal

reproduce step:
1. click X button of chest twice
what: the X button is highlighted
