[1.1.33] Desync

I've been running a server for a few months and lately we've been getting constant desynchs. We run a version of the explosive gaming scenario, for admin tools, and have been for a while. it just seems to be getting worse. Please help.

Given the desync report i am 99% certain it is the same issue as 98445. Desync happens around inserters for electric furnaces which are being turned on and off by a power switch.
