[1.1.33] (ui inconsistency) hand craft menu shows newly-unlocked-recipe without showing any new recipe Unread

! mark on hand craft menu, however unable to see 'new item'.

Playing PyBlock currently and unlocked Oil Industry machinery - Stage 1.

The new item appears to be 'soil' however isn't in the hand craft menu.

I noted a possibly related forum post on this

to give a bit more info the recipe in question is set to unlock with a tech but has hide_from_player_crafting set to true so it doesn't actually show up in the menu. and it isnt in any machine the player can access.

i made a small mod that replicates the issue as well.
