Couldn't Establish Network Connection

So my friend and I tried to play Multiplayer Factorio and for the first 5 to 6 tries he could not connect to me since I was hosting the game. Eventually he managed to connect without any issue, except that he would randomly crash, but managed to reconnect everytime.
Later on our second time playing he was getting the same "Couldn't Establish Network Connection" Error, and we don't know how to fix it. The first time it happened he actually managed to connect after several tries, now it seems to never connect.

We made several fixes of the network logic (including one that the game was not handling correctly when it couldn't connect for the first time).

I guess it is fixed in 0.11.11, let me know if it isn't the case.
