[GFX] [1.1.31] roboport-base.png is missing yellow colouring found in hr-roboport-base

[GFX] [1.1.31] roboport-base.png is missing yellow colouring found in hr-roboport-base

The more pixelated roboport texture is missing the yellow colouring around the top of the roboport and what appears to be its battery pack. Also, the non-high res png has the shadow already in the main file instead of having the shadow as a separate file. This is a minor bug, I don't care if it is ignored.
