Logistics Storage: NEGATIVE VALUE

In my book, this is a bug.
One of my items shows a NEGATIVE VALUE for the Logistics Storage.
The only thing I can think of is it's due to shortage of that item in my network, but the NEGATIVE VALUE is misleading and/or unexplained.
