Title. I saw several 20k megabases, but quick search didn't yield anything higher.

It is SPM * UPS that is really meaningful, but UPS varies from PC to PC. Currently Flame_Sla's 20k = 20 x 1000 SPM base is generally the most well optimized, reaching 73 UPS on my machine.
