[1.1.30] Able to turn tank without smoke emission

We are aware of them, but do not have solutions that don't cause other issues. They go here in order not to take space in the main bug thread list.

[1.1.30] Able to turn tank without smoke emission

Probably a 'minor issue' but anyway...

To reproduce:

- Enter tank
- Hold left
- Observe smoke

- Keep holding left
- In quick succession, tap forward, then hold backward
- You are now holding left and backward, the tank is still turning but there is no smoke
