EDIT: I was wrong, this was just an idiotic error on my part.

The wiki article on this states that "Fish and cliffs are not included in this filter", which is ambiguous to me; do they mean that fish/cliffs shouldn't be marked (not current behaviour), or that fish/cliffs are not excluded by this filter (current behaviour)?
If marking fish and cliffs is intentional I think this filter should be called "Environment only", since that's the tab those enteties are sorted into.
In any case, I don't know if this is intended or not, I just don't wanna pick up the fish. It's not a big deal of course, but with how polished this game is this is the type of tiny things you'll find. So I wanted to mention it. I personally think "trees/rocks only" should mean exactly trees and rocks.
Sorry if this has been reported before; I could find posts close to this, but not exactly this.

I'm not seeing what's a bug here. Everything seems to be working correctly. "Trees/rocks only" does just that; only trees and rocks are marked.

Welll it does select both trees and fish even though I have "trees/rock" checked

You don't have the deconstruction planner that's filtered in your cursor. I can see it in the quickbar still. The one in your cursor is some unrelated one (did you press ALT + D or click the 'new deconstruction planner' button?)

Oh my god. Are you kidding me. That's incredibly embarassing. As you say, I must have pressed Alt + D after taking the screenshot of the planner details out of habit. And I must have pressed Alt + D or used the wrong planner the other times I noticed this, too. I'm very sorry for wasting your time. It doesn't suprise me though that the fault was on my part and not the game's. Thank you for your replies, and for this amazing game! And again, sorry about this.
