[0.10.12] Misleading message when adding ammo to turret

Put one kind of ammunition (e.g. regular magazine) in a gun turret. Now try replacing it with a different kind of ammunition (piercing rounds magazine); the game will display a misleading message: "Piercing rounds magazine cannot be used as ammo for gun turret." (You have to remove the old ammo from the turret before you can add the new one.) The same will happen if you put a full stack of ammo in the turret, and try adding more of the same kind.
