[kovarex] [1.1.19] [Minor] Opening map view while drag-placing generates undergrounds

I found some odd behaviour when I had a quick glance at the map while drag-placing a long stretch of belt. Minimal steps to reproduce:

1. Left-click to place a single belt and hold the mouse button down
2. Press M to open the map (keep the mouse button held)
3. Move the mouse a few tiles in the direction of the belt
4. Press M to close the map, then release the mouse button

Observed result: A pair of undergrounds is placed if the distance moved isn't too great - even if there is no obstacle

Expected result: Not sure. Expecting to build with the map open isn't really reasonable, so either cancelling the build or continuing to build straight segments of belt seems ok. Building an underground is strange though.
