[kovarex] [1.1.19] "<object> is in the way" UI text spammed when trying to place belts over an object

This issue occurs whenever placing any normal belt (red, yellow, or blue) over an existing object such as a cliff, tree, or building.

When you click and hold, text warning is spammed (demonstrated in attached video). This spam goes away after you place a belt, but returns after you place any other building other than a belt.

When you click and drag over the object (starting the click over the object and keeping the mouse over the object), text warning is spammed at a slower rate. This spam continues even after placing other buildings.
