[1.1.19] Chat jumps up while deconstructing item with RMB

After the upgrade to 1.1.19 (from 1.0), long lines of multiplayer chat don't go behind my 4 layers of toolbar anymore, thanks!

But I noticed that it also goes above the orange 'progress bar' that appears while deconstructing an item by hand with RMB, making the chat quickly jump up and back down when an item is deconstructed. Since deconstruction usually doesn't take long and is manual, I don't think this is necessary really.
