[1.1.19] Power pole ghosts placed before upgrade from 1.0 but built afterward missing connections

[1.1.19] Power pole ghosts placed before upgrade from 1.0 but built afterward missing connections

When I ended my last session in 1.0, I had placed several blueprints which the bots had not yet gotten around to constructing yet. When I started up my next session after upgrading to 1.1.19, the bots built them and many of the power poles had no connections to other power poles. I fixed it by deconstructing all the power poles and re-placing the blueprints.

I think it is the same behavior as shown here.

It was marked as won't fix.
