More Detail in Some Log Messages

There are a couple LTN log messages on which more detail would be helpful.

"No station providing...": Include the train length limits.

"No train found of length...": Include "cargo" or "fluid" detail.

@Optera Is there a way to disable the "added gps rich-text to station names in chat" feature introduced in 1.15.1? Personally I like to play with notifications enabled and the logs are now really verbose. Maybe a mod setting to disable gps rich-text would be valuable?

Hello. The coordinates of stations started appearing beside the station names in notifications. Is there a way to disable this? If so, how?
