[1.1.12] Smart belt CNTR toggle not working when ghost building set to CNTR+RMB

I have changed my key binds and use CNTR+RMB for ghost building. Unfortunately tapping the toggle does not work with this anymore.

(Optional feature request: having a key bind in the settings for this smart belt toggle would be really nice!)

The control only works by "accident', as Control + mouse (in default settings) is not build neither ghost build, so the game triggers the "end of dragging".
But when you unpress the Cntrl, the action is not registered as the beginning of a new build.
So, generally, if you use Ctrl + RMB for building, shift should work as toggle for example.
