[1.0, 1.1] Alien Loot Rebalanced (ptx0's edition)

Alien Loot Economy introduces alien artifact ore and several craftable items based on it.

Hypermodules are the most notable part of this mod, and have been rebalanced in it. Based on the original rebalanced Alien Loot mod for 1.0, with additional balancing when Bob's Modules is involved (matches productivity with Bob's standard module configuration).
