Inserter Modules

Are there any modifications that add modules to the inserters?
It would be nice for late game: more rotation and total speed at the expense of energy.

Not really possible since the game engine doesn't support it, but you can always add higher tiers of inserters and have the recipe be "stack inserter + speed module = super inserter"
