Mod to remove upgrade targets

Ive been having issues with mod compatibility which tends to be caused by upgrade target issues. Are there any mods that just remove all upgrade targets?

Found a solution. Factorio extended plus warfare was overriding turret upgrade target but not turret fast replace group type, so just commented it out.
